Welcome to Introduction to Automated Seller Question System brought to you by AutomatedSearches.com.

My name is dave moniz

AutomatedSearches.com already saves us lots of time by automating our eBay searches.

Today I’m going to talk about a feature to save us time when asking eBay sellers questions.

In my business, I buy the same types of items on eBay over and over again.
And, I usually have to ask eBay sellers the same questions. This can take lots of time and effort.

With the AutomatedSearches.com Automated Seller Question System, I can ask a seller a question with only 3 clicks.

As you can see here from this search result email, there is a link labeled ASQ.
If you click this link, you will get the Automated Seller Question System.

Just choose a predefined question from the list and it will go into the question box.

You could edit the text in the box or even click multiple questions.

When ready, click SEND and it will be sent to the seller.

To manage the Question list from the home page, just click on Manage Automated Seller Questions.

From here you can do things like create new questions… edit questions… reorder questions… and even delete questions.

This system can save eBay buyers like yourself many hours of wasted time and free you to do the things you really want to do.

This is Dave Moniz and thank you for watching “Introduction to Automated Seller Question System”. Brought to you by AutomatedSearches.com

As you can see from this diagram, First you create and save searches for the items you want to find on eBay.

Then, AutomatedSearches.com searches eBay continuously and automatically for the items you are looking for.

When an item that matches your search gets listed, AutomatedSearches.com sends you an email with a link to that item.

This way, you can find the best deals before other buyers see them.

I will show you again how this works step by step…

First you create and save searches for items you want to find on eBay.

You can choose country, category price range etc.

1. Start a new search.

2. Choose the eBay site to search and category.

3. Choose Listing Type. It will work with AUCTION ITEMS ONLY or FIXED PRICED items but I recommended choosing AUCTION ITEMS ONLY because the object is to find auctions that won’t get bid on.

4. Create Query. Put the term you want to find misspelled listings for in keyword box inside curly brackets. Example: {playstation} -playstation

5. Fine Tune Search. Put other terms in keyword box to make the search more specific. Example: {playstation} 3 console -playstation -used

You can experiment with Search Title and Description checkbox.
I think leaving this unchecked will produce better results though.

and of course: Choose Price Range.

Note: -playstation in the query will remove listings that are spelled correctly because we only want listings that the average buyer can’t find.
