How To Find Misspelled Auctions

Everyday on eBay items are sold way below what they are really
\nworth because sellers create listings and spell the name of the item
\nwrong in the title. When this happens, the item doesn’t show up in
\nsearches when people search for the item and no one bids and the
\nauction ends with a low price.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now you can use AutomatedSearches.com to find these listings with
\nthe built-in Misspelled Listing Finder Feature on the search page.<\/span><\/p>\n

Basic Instructions: <\/span><\/p>\n

1. Start a new search.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Choose the eBay site to search and category.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Choose Listing Type.<\/strong> It will work with AUCTION ITEMS ONLY or FIXED PRICED items but I recommended choosing AUCTION ITEMS ONLY because the object is to find auctions that won’t get bid on.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Create Query.<\/strong> Put the term you want to find misspelled listings for in keyword box inside curly brackets. Example:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 {playstation} -playstation<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Fine Tune Search.<\/strong> Put other terms in keyword box to make the search more specific. Example:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 {playstation}\u00a03 console -playstation -used<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You can experiment with Search Title and Description <\/span><\/strong>checkbox.
\nI think leaving this unchecked will produce better results though.<\/p>\n

and of course: Choose Price Range<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> -playstation <\/span><\/strong>in the query will remove listings that are spelled correctly because we only want listings that the average buyer can’t find.<\/span><\/p>\n
